This book tells the story of Moses. It is inspired by the film "The Prince of Egypt" and the bible book of Exodus. It tells the story of how Moses was saved as a baby and how he later came to be used by God to lead the Hebrew people out of slavery in Egypt.

It is interesting and quite well written but it does seem to follow the film more than the bible so do not think that you will learn the biblical story here. In fact when my Mum read it, it made her cross that so many details had been unnecessarily changed from the biblical version.

It is easy to read and would be suitable from age 7 upwards, especially if you have seen the film too.
