This book is by one of my favourite authours, even though it is not my favourite book by her, it comes a close second!

It is about a little girl who is nearly 9 and has to write a school project. They have to keep a holiday diary so the book is the girl's holiday diary.

Her name is Sadie and her mum has to child- mind 3 babies and Sadie's little sister. One day, Sadie's mum grew ill:-(, the people that she had to child-mind for had to help her by taking all four children to where they work.

I thik the style of writing is easy to read but also very humourus. I would compliment on the cover illustrations.

I really like this book and would reccommend it to any reader from 6 onwards.
